How we work

A 30-minute call where we map the problem, the constraints, and what success actually looks like. No pitch, no scope-locking — just enough shared context to know whether and how we can help. You leave with clarity on next steps even if we don't end up working together.
You get a short, plain proposal: what we'll build, what we won't, the milestones, the price, and the assumptions it depends on. Nothing starts until you've read it and signed off — scope and pricing are always agreed upon personally after the call, never auto-generated.
Work happens in small, demonstrable increments so you see progress every few days, not every few weeks. You have direct access to the working build, can leave feedback inline, and never find out at the end that something went sideways months ago.
For AI work this means holdout-set evaluation and human review of outputs, not vibes. For automations it means dry-runs against real inputs before anything goes live. We fix what doesn't hold up and only move forward once the behaviour is genuinely solid.
You get the code, the credentials, the documentation, and a short runbook for the common operational questions. Nothing is locked behind us — if you want to hand the system to an internal team afterward, you can do that without friction.
If you want us to keep an eye on things, we offer retainer-based support or per-incident help — your choice, decided after launch, with no lock-in. The system is yours either way; support is there if you want it, not a condition of owning what we built.

Privacy
We collect only what you choose to send us — your name, email, project type, budget range, timeline, and description when you submit the project brief form, plus whatever you include if you email us directly. We never sell or share this data.
Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet used solely to track inbound leads, and a copy is emailed to vyastmteam@gmail.com. We retain lead records for as long as makes sense to act on them and delete them on request.
If analytics is enabled, Vercel Analytics and Google Search Console collect aggregated, privacy-preserving traffic data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

The live AI assistant on this site is a demonstration. It calls a real model on our backend, but its replies should not be relied on as advice. When the model is unreachable, the assistant returns a clearly-labelled fallback response rather than faking a live answer.
