Questions people ask before paying
- Do I need a GSTIN to use this?
- No. If you are not registered, leave the GSTIN blank and set item tax to 0%. You still get a clean, numbered invoice.
- What happens after 5 invoices on the free plan?
- Invoice six asks you to upgrade. Everything you already made stays yours, and the counter resets on the 1st of each month.
- How do I pay, and can I stop?
- Razorpay handles UPI, cards and netbanking. Cancel any time from Settings and you drop back to free at the end of the cycle. Full refund within 7 days if it is not for you.
- Is my client data safe?
- Every row is locked to your account at the database level, so no other account can read it. Sign-in is by emailed link, so there is no password to leak.
